Etiquette & Sharking
When a player has a turn on a table, he also has the floor. Opponents and spectators should be seated or standing still (out of the shooter's view) and give the shooter the courtesy of allowing him/her to prepare and focus for the next shot. Calling out to the shooter or making comments (good or bad) about his/her game to anyone while he is shooting is sharking. Yelling, "Great shot!" can interrupt a shooter. It's a nice thing to say AFTER his turn (That was a great shot on the six) but not during. Give the shooter the table AND the floor when it's his/her turn. When it's your turn, if the floor isn't clear tell a captain. Every shooter should be given the same courtesies: The table, the floor, and no interruptions by unnecessary movements or call outs while he/she's shooting.

Re: Etiquette & Sharking
Drew,
I completely agree with you here. We all play in this league because we love the game and the competition it brings. The individuals that act this way shows their true character as a person and a competitor. These types of people destroy the credibility of the league and the game.
If you can not win an opponent, then practice harder and you will get another shot later the season. Distracting tactics show that you weasel your way into everything you do in your life. IEPL doesn't need that here.
